What is your average wait staff to guests ratio?
Our commitment to expediting and performing your event in a professional atmosphere,
is supported by our experienced wait staff and bartenders.
Most events, unless you request French Service or add additional courses to our general menu package,
is calculated to 1 wait staff per 12 guests.
We do not “rush” your guests through dinner, our Maitre D’ guarantees an even flow throughout your party or reception.
Is your food cooked fresh at my reception?
For five generations the Fair family has prepared and cooked menu presentations fresh on site.
There is no other way to offer you the best in quality ingredients and performance.
May I select other items not currently on your menu?
Flexibility in menu building and design is a specialty at Prophecy Creek Manor.
We encourage you to mention any cuisine favorites you wish to have available and presented at your party.
Is there anything else I need to rent with your event services?
The manor house owns the inventory to perform and manage your event from the menu package.
Special linen upgrades if requested may be rented from our linen designers.
The questions to the left, are frequently asked during initial event consultation. You can always expect an immediate professional response from the manor staff.
No event can be planned the same. Each event is custom designed to create your own vision.
